is it right to lie to people?

i mean if u r chating with people and lie to them about everything is it a good thing because u belive that if they knew who u really are they wouldn't like u for who u r........ even if u don't know them...

how would you like someone to lie to you?.you have to give them a chance to like you for you.if you lie they won't know you.they will just know the fake you.and do you think that is fair.but you shouldn't give out to much information about yourself.until after you have talked with this person for awhile.

lies are never a good choice.but they are fun, sometimes.
dont ever lie, you never know when someone would want to meet you, and you cant if you lied. personal experience.
but soon the lies will be noticed.and then no one will believe anything you say.
It's always best to be 'yourself'. if someone doesn't like you for who 'you are'.then joke 'em if they can't take a ____. seriously, if you only say what people want to hear.then aren't you in the company of people who are pretty phoney! .I'd say you need to talk to better people.
Never lie. If you can't tell the truth then don't say anything. Lies usually catch up to you and when they do; you look even worse.
