PMDD/Depression?

I am 22 years old and have a very busy work/social schedule. Lately I have noticed that I am more irritable in certain situations. For instance, a few days ago I blew up on my fiance for really no reason. Not like a little fight either it was a HUGE fight. And I wouldn't even say fight because I did all the yelling and ended in crying WHICH I have been doing more of recently. I kind of brushed it off as oh it's just that time of month (which is was). But it seems that things are worse and worse. I have noticed I lie awake at night thinking about how I never seem to be good at anything. How everything I really try to do good at fails. Which it really doesn't. I mean I have been with my fiance for 2 1/2 years and we live together and I LOVE my job. But it just seems to me that everything I do is failing and all I can do is think about it. I just don't know what my deal is and it's really starting to get me more down. ANY advise?

Acupuncture would help with the PMDD - get things back in balance and then if you still feel depression go see your gp; a short course of cognative behaviour therapy would give you the tools you need for overcoming low self-esteem and handling stressful situtions. Better to ask for help I think then to suffer on.
I've read that 1000mg of calcium a day helps with PMDD.

i should say that im also on the same boat as where you are right now, maybe it is depression.. i also love my job and very much engrossed with it.. im in 3 years relationship with my boyfriend and i blew up on him with no reasons also.. maybe we felt tired after long hour of work and we found it annoying that we belong to a relationship that makes us headache for no reasons..
