How can I ease period pain pills dont work?

Answers:
eat a banana in the morning and another at night, that will take your cramps away.hope this helps.

WALK OR EXERCISE IT WILL HELP
A warm bath, moderate exercise, and low sodium intake will ease period pain.
Which pain pills are you using? Usually NSAIDs like Motrin (ibuprofen) or Aleve (naproxen) work better than tylenol (acetominophen). I find workinng out helps too. I get bad cramps as well.
LImit your intake of sugar and salt for a week prior to and during your period.
Have some sex, tends to make you forget about the period pain.
exercise, try going for a walk, riding a bike, or just stretching your muscles. It helps me. If that would be to much to do because you are in so much pain then you should see your doctor.
Get out and play basketball. There's something almost magical about the stretching kind of exercise that goes with shooting hoops.

And if that doesn't work try masturbation. An orgasm will get things moving and relax the muscles. A doctor told me this and it really works. Better than basketball actually.
I find when I'm in excellent physical condition, I don't have any period pain at all - no cramping. If you like to exercise, start getting into shape - run, bike, swim, dance, etc. on a daily basis. You will soon find your pain less and less each month. Hot water bottles or compresses can help ease the pain for now.
i think a warm bath should help, especially if it's back pain, pills used to work fine for me. What helped me the most was getting myself so wrapped up in something that i just dont have the time to pay attention to the pain.
Caffeine. It is a diuretic. It will cause you to urinate and therefore helps relive the bloating and pain.
YOU MIGHT NOT BE ON THE RIGHT PILLS THEN FOR YOUR BODY. TALK TO YOUR OB ABOUT TRYING A DIFFERENT KIND.
