Make sure you have family size bags of green peas.they make great ice bags(they dont poke like ice cubes do) and you'll need them! I've had two breast augs and worked for the plastic surgeon for 3 yrs.
Listen to what they tell you about NO heavy lifting.even a gallon of milk is off limits!
Take your muscle relaxers!...as soon as the implant is placed under the muscle(which is a better appearance) the muscle reacts by contracting and those pills were more of a friend to me than the pain killers!
Make sure you have someone who will pamper you that first 24 hrs.you dont realize how much you use those muscles that will be sore.
Most importantly...
ENJOY THEM! The swelling will go down and they will "drop" and look fabulous!

I have some advice. You will be quite a bit sore after the surgery. I have seen this surgery several times. You will have a lot of discomfort, especially depending on where your incision is. Are you getting it around your nipple? Also, do not worry, you will be in good hands. Good luck.
