A question for WOMEN and or MEN?
I have soccer tommorow, and My period is due next week, and im afraid that it will come early cause I have been irregular, since I just started. Should I wear a tampon tommorw or live dangerously, what would you do? How bout when your actully on your period and you have a sporting event besides swimming? Do you wear a pad or tampon?

you shouldnt put in a tampon when your not on your period. it will make it hard to get out, and it may be uncomfortable. i would just wear a pantyliner, or a light pad. i think tampons are best to wear for sporting events usually, but if you dont have it yet, you should just stick with a pantyliner.

Why don't you just wear a panty liner? I would not wear a tampon unless you are actually on your period.
Use a light day pad or panty liner. And Carry some thing just in case
I would wear a tampon during the event,
but when it was over if you haven't started yet, I would then stay with a light pad. Take the tampon out while you shower.

Tampons used too often can cause you more problems then you'd ever want.

And when your period starts, I would alternate between tampons and pads. Tampons when you can't afford any signs of it, and pads when you are in the comforts of home and in a relaxed setting. And bedtime, tampon and pad. Depending on how much you bleed.

you cant wear a tampon when your not bleeding, you get make yourself very sick, get toxic shock syndrome, and it can kill you. you have to =wear a pad if you want to play it safe, just dint wear tampon unless your bleeding, and yes i wear tampons, but only if i am bleeding, otherwise for precaution, i wear a pad
Go with protection. Better safe than an embarrassing moment lasting a lifetime. If I had a sporting event, I'd wear a tampon. I wouldn't want to be dealing with a pad.
Wear a panty liner instead of wearing a tampon when your period isn't on yet.
If your worried I'd wear both, or at least the tampon and maybe
one of the panty liners.
Oh.the joys of being a woman. I'll never know, but I'm sure there are so many compensations.
use a tampon, cause you know that something might happen and you might be coming home with shorts with red spots on them.
