i was talking to my gf on the phone and she was like "guess what" i sed "what" she was like "my weigst size is 30"

She might have been distracted. I get that way, and start doing things while I am on the phone. She might have just picked up a tape measure and decided to put it around her waist. She probably did not mean it good or bad but just a fact she discovered.
There is nothing wrong with being proud of losing weight. I myself have recently lost 25 lbs using Farenheit that new womens metabolism boosting fat burner. I have been telling everyone my waist size too now that its 5 inches less!
If it used to be 26", maybe that was her way of telling you she's pregnant.

A 30 inch waist ain't that big. I'm skinny and I have a 28 inch waist and I know alot of girls with 30 inch waists that look great She shouldn't be so insecure about her size, maybe you should reassure her of how much you love her by telling her that she looks great.
