toe nails..growth.color?

my toe nails grow very very slowlyand some of them i think they dont grow at all and they appear light blue ,too
whats the problem and what type of food i should eat more or if theres any remedy to speed their growth.sorry about the question but i really really want to know the reason and how to fix it.

slow nail growth and blue color are both signs of poor circulation see your doctor and get your leg circulation checked! the worse it gets the more problems you can have, like sores that wont heal numbness and tingling, gangrene and amputation!
You really should see the doctor, you may have a heart problem, causing the poor circulation which causes the blue color.
light blue coloring is indicative of poor blood supply.do you stand on your feet all day and/or wear tight shoes? maybe should see doctor
