When people have attack by bacteria, etc their body temp rise then what causes the temp to drop below 35 degC?

At lower temp < 36degC, you are sweating profusely, having pain at your joints, yearning and sometimes feeling hot and suddenly feeling cold and malaria test is negative.

Its the bodies way of trying to compensate what is happening. If you have a fever, your immune system goes into overtime trying to fight whatever bacteria is attaching, to try and stop your temp going too high, your body trys to stop this by going the opposite way. I know I'm prob not explaining this the best but my friends son has had awful ear infections and this is what was happening to him. It was like his body knew his temp was going to rise so it tried to compensate this by cooling his body down. His lips would often turn blue and would be shivering with the cold, then after they would warm him his temp would shoot through the roof. Hopefully this helps a bit.
Rare for temp to drop?
I had similar, lack of oxygen in your blood causes the temp drop, i had blood poisoning which caused server infection in my liver n kidneys, i had selenium in my blood but dont know how or what from.
