Technically you can still grow till your 25 as a female. I would be worried about your cholesterol though. If you want to live a long life even be it on of using step ladders as i do you must eat healthy. lean meat grilled, fresh veg salad & fruit & whole grains should be your diet. You never know with a good diet you just may grow, give it a try, what have you to loose but your bad cholesterol?
i wouldnt count on growing that tall in a second spirt but being short has its advantages oh and you could always buy a smaller fridge
Get you a stool to put by the fridge!! It doesn't sound like you will get to see the top of it!! I don't know what the top of mine looks like either... And cholesterol has nothing to do with it. But you might want to clean out the fridge and get you some healthy snacks and get that down some! Good luck!!
you are unlikely to grow anymore. Buy a ladder, you will need it.
colesterol has nothing to do with growing. If you have bad colesterol it could be hereditary or not. But you have to eliminate all colesteral from your diet. Eat only chicken and fish, no eggs and control your starch intake. Any kind of starch bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, corn is all starch and starch turns to sugar and this will affect a lot of things but you must be on a strick colesterol diet or it will not only affect growth but a lot of things including your heart and you don't want to have a heart attack at a young age so take your colesterol diet very seriously and do what you can. Take care Heather
Girls have finished growing when they're 18, but men can still have growth spurts up to age 21. So I think you're done :]
most likely not. Girls are done growing by the age of 18. Sorry but the fridge is going to have to get shorter for that dream to come true. LOL.
ANYWAY.. be happy with your height!
