This is a very strangly worded question. Just what do you want to know? Does she want to loose weight?
About 1000 calories a day and brisk walking every day should help her trim down. 150 pounds would be healthy for her. She wouldn't be model skinny, but healthy.

If a person fat, you shouldn't feed them alot, is this question related to you personnally, you should excercise and eat healthy , vegetables and fruits, I know everyone says that but it really works, and consult your doctor.
And why would you ask such a derogatory question? I hope she's not your sister, mother, wife or girlfriend. If she is, I hope she lets you know what she thinks of your poor manners.

get three boxes of Popeyes' fried chicken. give her one and hide the other two in her folds of flab. this way, she can get some exercise while trying to find the other two

I laughed out loud when I read this. For dinner I say she eats 1.5lbs of meat, preferably red meat. 1 pound of starches (Potatoes and Pasta.) 3lbs of greens (HAHAHA I'm Kidding like she would eat a salad.) .75 lb. Banana Split for desert.
Obviously she has a diet coke to wash it all down.
7.9 metric tons, plus a daily ration of KFC to keep her coat nice and shiny.
