Its supposed to last about 2 months, though when I got mines, it didnt make a difference at all - in the end, I used a chinese herbal remedy which was absolutely wonderful.
From what I have heard, anywhere from 6 weeks to 3 months at the most. I've also heard from a physician that usually after 2 or 3 shots they become ineffective.
