My jaw is so sore?
How can I make it stop hurting fast, because it is really bothering me??

Grab an ice pack place on until numb
Add some Motrin that is appropriate to your body weight.

first off why is it so sore?
you need to find out what causes it to be sore
take a couple of liquid advil---best for bones and teeth pain
and apply some orajel on the inside of your jaw bones..
i wouldnt suggest anything cold . cold makes for more pain
hot moist towels that have been heated in the microwave
Do you also have ringing in your ears? It could be temporomandibular joint syndrome (TMJ), which can be caused and/or aggravated by grinding your teeth or clamping your jaw. I have had this treated by my HMO and my dentist (not concurrently).
