16 and real shaky?

Whenever I get real mad, I work out, or basically anything that gets my heart beating really fast I get really shaky. My hands shake, my legs shake, everythings shakes. Is this normal? If not what could it be?

I would go see a doctor about it. It could possibly be something serious. I don't know much at all about this so either go see a doc or take some others people advice.

yes its normal if you just work uot alot and thats because you are muscles eventually get tired so they start shaking its a normal sign that you are developing your muscles and i get them too, but if you get shaky when u get mad before working out then yeah thats abnormal
Just an overactive adrenaline gland. You might want to talk to your doctor.
I have heard it's normal to feel somewhat shaky after an intense workout but if it happens all the time then it might be something else. It's possible you could be hypoglycemic, I am actually looking up things about hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) online now because I think it's a problem I have. Some symptoms are heart palpitations, anxiety, shaking, being overly emotional, can't think clearly, etc. I just took the quiz at this website and maybe it will help you too.

Hi Susan,,, hey girlfriend,, this does not sound right to me. it maybe a nerve disorder or it maybe something else.. do you get dizzy or prespire when this shaking happens??

I would probably ask a doctor about it,, just to make sure you are not having somekind of heart arrithemia.

yes its normal it's your body reacting to your feeling It happens to me to and most people ,If you make yourself shaky and want to explode you are just looking for a way to vent or you are having a strong need to release it. try some calming techiniques/meditations search the internet make it part of your routine yoga would be good to,so you can always feel in control
chemical imbalance, you need to see a nutritionist first and they may recommend you to a doctor instead.
