a transvestite is a cross-dresser. which means a male that likes to dress like a female, or a female that likes to dress like a male.
so it has nothing to do with body parts and sex-change operations
if you're a transvestite guy it'll probably hurt the same if you got kicked in the groin just as much as a non-transvestite

now. a person that has had a sex change is called a transexual
and i have no idea if getting kicked in the groin would hurt more or less after a sex-change op
