How do you tighten excess skin after weight loss?

Answers:
You can't do anything to speed the process, but your skin will naturally shrink back, so it doesn't look wrinkly. It can take some time but it will go back to normal.

good question. i wonder the same thing.
I remember seeing a surgery on TV to remove it.
Toning exercises and skin firming lotions will help with some loose skin. If there's a lot of it, surgery is pretty much the only option.
depending on how much skin is loose you may need to resort to surgical procedures
You need to work out your muscles while losing the weight: “Muscles cause the skin to adhere to them and not sag. Without muscle the skin has nowhere to go but down. That’s how you get that unattractive, flabby skin.” Check out the article from my source.
there are some creams for that =]
it depends on how much weight you have lost, a small amt, you can usually tone it with exercises, but if you have lost a lg. amt of weight, you will probably need surgery.
In weight loss, your excess fat is gone. Ever heard of 'subcutaneous fat'? Well this is a thin layer of fat that lies under your skin and with weight loss this also goes away, leaving behind a shrivelled/excess skin.

The answer to this problem remains Plastic Surgery, where excess skin is removed, resulting in a taut skin thereafter.
