2. create something wonderful like art/poem/song/computer program.
3. do something that scares you
4. tell the ones you love what they mean to you
5. stay awake for three dayz and nights
6. sing in public
7. help a stranger
8. have some good sex-preferably with someone you love
9. get a good pedacure and facial
10. love yourself
whatever YOU will enjoy
learn, value, experience, reflect, change, respect, humility, forgive, thanks and love.

these are enough to make one live a better life.

1. Find a good burial spot so you don't contaminate the water, or something worse.
2. Lay down in your death bed.
3. (This is what I would do!) Cut a hole in my backside of clothes so I don't crap myself when I die.
4. Repent (If it is in your religion.)
5. Buy a coffin to bury yourself in.
6. Get away from people so you don't fall on them and die.
7. Write a list of who gets what in your family, so people know what your kids get when you die.
8. If you have a pet, give it away to a caring owner.
9. Pray.
10. Lay down or go to where ever you want to die.

(For Kicks:)
11. Make some coffee so you can get awake when you get out of your bed.
12. Call the ambulance, STUPID!

I don't know if there's an official GUIDE of what to do, but that is what I would do.
