Is it ok to eat a meal right before going to bed?

Im trying to gain weight. I heard this technique works, is this true?

Answers:
Not a good idea. This has been tested (not about gaining weight but about eating before going ot bed). They have found that people do not sleep well and feeling tired when they wake up.

When we eat, our digestive system becomes very active. Eating before going to bed means your body is trying to slow down and rest and "repair" but now it now has to work hard to digest food.

I don't think eating before bed is a proven method of gaining weight.
ya it works slowly but it does maybe you should ask a pro though
not a big meal helps you sleep better..
there is know techneque to this it is folk lore ,your body burns and uses calories daily,The only way to gain weight is to eat more callories than you normally eat throughout the day.If you eat your daily callories then eat before you go to bed then you may gain some weight.
Depends on the amount of calories
you consume, the body burns a certain'
amount of calories just to keep you alive.
