Any tips for quitting smoking?

You have probably heard these but buy sunflower seeds and suckers to help with the hand to mouth hobbit. Chew cinnamon gum it is supposed to help better then other types of gum. Have Carets celery... or vegetables cut up in advance that helps with the hand to mouth and you might want to portion them into individual bags that will also help with not gaining as much weight. And for a while if you can keep your self out of normal situations that make you want to smoke. If you drink that usually makes people smoke more so try to cut down one that a bit if you can as well. Also wash your clothes bedding, and clean your car to get rid of the smell that might make you want it. I hope this helps some. Good Luck.
i was smoking 2 packs a day, 6 days ago. they started to taste bad so i put them down, i am 40 and have smoked since i was 16. just will power.

if you really want to do it then you can just drop them, will power. My mom di dit for teh same reason and has never gone back even now that we're all out of the house.
replace the smoking habit with chewing gum... and find new routines (for a while) to replace the old smoking ones... ex. instead of smoking after dinner, go for a jog.. my grandpa quit smoking by doing this.. FIRST TRY... you should try it
