What kinds of drinking water is best for the body?
Answers:
I agree on general "confusion" statement.
There's no such thing as "best water". Every water has its impurities. Distilled water is not "bad", but I wouldn't drink it in the long run. Alkaline is typically a marketing gimmick, your body's natural pH is just over 7, but it naturally absorbs anything between 6 and 8. Below or above - not really that good. "Alkalizing machines" also do not make any claims on water contaminants (hint - there's a reason for everything).
Consider this - cheap spring bottled water is nothing but processed tap water. Not much difference. Can be done easily at home with home water filter.
After that it all depends how pure you want water to be, and how much money you spend on bottled water. A cheap $100 system or a quality water pitcher oftentimes is capable of producing great tasting water.
If you want a great tasting water at home, call your water company and ask for a general water test, and list of other contaminants in your municipal water supply. They will provide you with a good report, may even be free. Based on that, ask any water specialist what he thinks you should put as a water filtration system in your house.
spring water
save your money buy the cheap water it all does the same enless you want a flavor water is water these companies just find ways to get you to spend more money but water is water skick with what you are using now
I think filtered water is the best water for the body
Distilled water is pure. It has nothing but H2O. Which has purifing effects, however once this goes in a plastic jug, a very small amount is tainted. Most water is good for you unless it has too many impurities.
natural spring water for a treat perrrier.
There's actually almost no difference overall. Of course, you want to make sure there aren't too many microorganisms in it that could infect you, and you may not want the caffeine in coffee, or the sugar in soft drinks, and you may live where water is softened and has enough sodium in it to be a problem for people with high blood pressure, but overall, it's all water, and your body will use the water the same. What else is in the water may or may not be important to you.
Water is a marketing department's wet dream, so to speak. If you have municipal water -- which by law in the US undergoes strict purification and inspection procedures -- a reliable filter device in your home will give you properly clean, healthy water. BUT, remember to keep the filter cleaned and maintained according to instructions, or you are cancelling out its benefits.
