how to get a girly 6 pack?

i try doing sit ups but it just make my back hurts

Lose weight. Seriously. In college I had 4.5% body fat and had a six pack without working out at all, I played alot of sports but did not do much in the way of stomach exercises. No matter how much you work out your abs you will not see the results if there is fat over it.


You have to make sure that you're using your abs to sit up, not your back muscles. make sure that your back stays straight.
