does anyone know how to get rid of chowras, it is a blood sucking insect, they come at night when ur sleeping?

Leave all (every thing literally) the items of the room in sunlight for a day or two. Fill all the cracks and holes in the wall and wooden frame inside the room. Its better to repaint and keep the room clean and tidy. Before painting, remember to use pest control to kill the unhatched eggs of those evils.
