How can you break your arm or wrist on purpose?

Ask someone to trip you while u are running or something. But make sure u fall with ur arm out. I even broke mine from tripping on my own shoe laces and my sis did it from putting on a sock. lol. Its not that hard.

Owww, don't do that. There are plenty of ways technically, but most people don't have the ability to inflict that kind of pain on themselves intentionally. What would you want to do that for?!?!

Why the hell would you want to do that? You could have someone run over it with a car. Of course it would hurt, but it would be fast and breaking bones always hurts like hell.

DONT! I had a cast on for 50 days when i broke my wrist! Worst pain i have ever felt. Just so you know, in the emergency room they stick a needle of lidocaine in your wrist so deep you actually feel it poke at your skin on the other side!! Swear to god. Still want to?? Rollerblades worked pretty good for me. Be prepared to wish you were dead. Literally, 50 days!

Assuming you are serious, have someone break it for you. Start an argument with a policeman as he gives someone else a ticket, continue arguing and cause a non violent disturbance. When he finally decides to put you in custody..slightly resist when he puts you in a wrist lock and it should break quite effectivley. It will be as good as new in about a year and as the arthritis sets in 30 years later you will also know how to cause arthritis in your wrist.

Are you trying to set someone up, like a boyfriend, or someone you are mad at? If you are, the police can tell if you do it to yourself, so that's not a good idea.
