Here is a weird one. My knee locks up when i cross it and it comes with lots of pain.?

this has been happening since like 1st grade and im 16 so its nothing new to me. when i finally striaghten out my leg it pops into place and the horrible pain goes away. it sucks. my cousin gets it so mabe it run in the family. thank you.

its probably tendenitis or arthitis go to a doc or chiropactor or physical therapy
