Guys accelerate growing taller later in teen years, around 16 to 18 and cap off around 21. Girls grow faster much earlier, around 12 to 14 and caps off around 19. (That's why girls are taller than boys of the same age while young but turns the other way as they grow older.) So don't worry, girl or boy, you're just getting started!

Nowadays, children are often taller than their parents because of healthier food available. So the best and safest way to grow taller is to eat healthy food (even processed or instant food with lots of vitamins in it).

But by the time you reach your cap-off age and still don't like your height, I suggest going to the doctor for hormone infusion. Do not try out stuff on your own, a lot of knock offs and dangerous stuff around.
Don't get discouraged. I think you will grow!
it really depends you know. like me, im short too.
to me, i think there's a chance but don't place too high hopes.
just pray for the best!
good luk!
if you really want to be taller, you need to see your doctor, there are treatments that can prolong the growth phase, however, you are probably approching the end of your growth spurt, if you have shot up in the past few years, to reach your present height,
if you are a girl you may grow a little bit more (up until you are about 17) but your growth probably won't be that dramatic. If you are a boy, then you probably have quite a few more cm of growing to do.
Why don't you start playing basketball ? Sport can help
Off Course , you're just 14 . And you probably havent had your first Growth Burst yet . I think you can go well into the 170's if you do proper exercises , take the right food and also take supplements if required .

Good Luck . You'll grow for sure .
