How much is a eye exam for contacts at Wal Mart?

Answers:
I used to work there, almost every Wal-Mart has independant doctors of optometry. Which means they are not emplyed by Wal-Mart, but they rent the space from Wal-Mart. What that also means is that they can set their own prices. My doctor charged $45 for the health exam as well as a $25 fitting fee. Just in case you cannot add, that's $70 total. Depending on the kind of contacts you need, they really range in price, anywhere from $15 per box to $75 per box.

Or, hmm.maybe you could call them and find out yourself.

I think between 50-60 if you don't have vision insurance.
$25.00..uh,,,not sure really, but I know they are a lot cheaper than Costco and other optometry offices.
depends,could be free,if u buy a pair of contacts
prob like 10bucks lol. its wal-mart. only rednecks, poor people and tweakers goto walmart. goto lens crafters or ur eye doctor.
Wal-Mart has NOTHING to do with the fee for the eye exam. This fee is set by the independent optometrist.
Here in Ohio its $40, just had mine checked
40 bucks
It's $30-$40. I had one done back in Jan/Feb (or was in Mar). Either way, we paid $60 total as there was $30 for the regular eye exam and $30 for contact exam. Also, depends if your insurance will pay for it or not. It's also an independant company who does it. They just have a 'store/space' in Wal-Mart where they work at. Hope this helps! (They will try to get you to buy disposable lenses. I was not happy with that part. However, you do get a free trial pair.)
Don't go to Wal Mart, RaBert. Believe me. It sucks. I had my first glasses there and it sucked. Go to NationWide Vision. Its way better than Wal Mart.
