The man is a fraud. Pure and simple fraud. He mixes sensible health advice that any doctor or health magazine or website will tell you, and combines it with mumbo jumbo that supposedly nobody knows but him, and everyone else is trying to cover it up.
Yahoo! Health and similar websites are a much better resource for health care and nutrition information, and it's run with a much better motive than "buy my book, because I'm prohibited from selling anything else by the FTC".
I think it's the best, and one of the greatest ways to live. Not the ONLY way to live, but a surefire technique for long life and better quality of it.
Isn't that the guy who is always exposed as a fake on shows like 60 Minutes? He's a flim-flam artist praying on peoples hopes.
