Our dog scraped her paw is there anything recommended we put on it?

Clean the wound ,washing it with soap and water,remove any debris that may be embedded,apply some antibacterial cream like "Neosporin",the dog will probably "lick " the area so a bandage wouldn't stay on etc,If it looks deep or continues to bleed,you may have to see your Vet. Take care. SW FNP
Aww.cleanse the area then apply Udder Balm creme to speed healing . Use regularly for his other paw paws too. Their pads often dry out.
