Anyone knows if there are any herbal tablets that can help insomnia?

I would like to know for those of you who have personally tried these berbal tablets. I am located in Singapore, so I need to know if I can buy those that you recommended in Singapore.

Answers:
Valerian root and camomile(chamomile) are good herbals.

Also melatonin, but that is an hormone. I use 3 mg.

Lavender also is good for sleep.

melatonin and valerian root
"stress-eez" by nature's way. i don't know if it's available in singapore. but the main ingredients are: gotu kola, valerian, b vitamins.
melatonin is good, and there's also one that you can get that's made by the tea makers. it's called SleepyTime, just like the tea. Completely herbal, completely non-addictive, and you can get it at a supermarket. I don't know about Singapore, but I know you can get it here pretty much anywhere..
I'm not sure if it's herbal or not, but there's a product that you can get at the chemest called Restavit. You don't need a perscription for it, so I figure it must be pretty harmless. My girlfriend uses it, and says that it's really effective.
Valerian, and they don't work
I am currently taking Melatonin from GNC and it helps to relax my muscles and put me to sleep. There are 2 kinds of Melatonin. Kindly take note and seek assistance from the sales staff when you are making purchase.
I do not believe in drugs or herbs to help you sleep.

Keep busy and exercises.. get you to sleep the natural way. And keep you more healthy too
