Its the same , cause the difference in blinking and winking is ther 2nd eye. so if u just have one eye , its the same ! they should invent a new word for that .

both, my bother has been nearly blind all his life, he had lazy eye when he was young and there was not really any thing the drs could do back in the 40's.. so he had a bleary eye and an eye that could see well.,he, over the years strenghthened his one eye, naturaually, however, he lost almost complete sight in the other! the most amazing thing is that he war a race car driver and rebuilt all kjinds of engines.. including his several airplanes. i know, i know. he is licsensed with fed aviation and has to pass special tests on a normal basicis.. i proud to know how a hanicaped person like that has lived his complete dream, he is 57 years young!! i love him, i never tell him how much!! he has flown and crasheed bad tailwinds in canyons in alaska and made iot out 30 miles thruough dense brush, bears, no food or water, and to save his buddy who had a bad leg! yes you can blink and tear and live!!
