Any one have problem with their EAR?

I've been having a constant ringing tone in my right ear for some years now. Seen specialist and done all the tests. but the results didn't show anything wrong.
I'm sure it's not in my head!! in case any body is wondering.
So discomforting, Has any one have some suggestions, please?

My heart is out to you, I don't think there is a cure for this frustrating problem.

Its called tinnitis (maybe sp tinnitus?). I have it too - an ongoing ringing in your head that does not originate from the environment.

Basically I have learned to live with it (11 years now) but I'm sure you will find suggestions using a search engine, now that you know what it is.

Your specialist should have diagnosed this.
I don't know what it is, but I do know what you're talking about. I get the same thing. Sometimes I don't notice it but if the room is quite it's almost deafening.
everybody has that ringing in ear especially when its quite,or if your nervous.get out forget about it
I have the same problem with my left ear. When it first started, I was asking everybody if they heard that noise. They would say what noise.
It seems to get worse in bed at night.

It sounds like tinnitus(spelling?) a ringing in the year caused by damage to the inner ear from excessive noise. It is a form of nerve damage. Seek a specialist. It is possible that it can be treated surgically if it is not too extensive.
