White Pee & Yellow Pee??
Answers:
white is better, white comes from drinking alot of liquid and yellow is from no enough water
As long as it is clear (not opaque/hazy) the exact colour doesn't matter too much. Dark urine usually indicates that it is concentrated (occurs especially when you're dehydrated). Pale urine occurs when you're well hydrated.
There are some medical conditions and drugs that change the colour of your urine, but if you haven't noticed a consistent change, chances are that you're well within the normal range.
Pls dont mixed up all here.
The color generally has to do with the dilution/concentration. Urine is nothing more than bodily impurities more or less dissolved in water. These impurities are generally orangish or brownish in color, and the smaller their concentration in water, the weaker their color will appear (think of diluting kool-aid: the color will lighten the more water you put in). Thus if your pee is dark yellow or orange, that means that you are discharging a small amount of water compared to the amount of dissolved impurities, which usually means that your body is not hydrated enough. Conversely, if you have drank a lot, your body will be giving up more water than impurities, and so your pee will be nearly clear (or "white" as you put it).
