what country is best for lap banding France Belgium or London?or any other suggestions?

I Want to have this surgery done as am now 42 years of age & to loose the weight and keep it off .I no i can loose about 3 stone on my own i keep it of for few years then it creeps back on and a stone extra .My current weight is 18st it was 19st.3lb Looking in to this now as hubbys agread to it just need to no what country pioneerd this are they the best .Read that french ar ten times more expearenced is this true or are they after my money .I no belgum& france is doing this for £4.000 where as england is £10.000 but id rather pay the money if the job is better.Also i no you can have heligast band is this better ? thank you to any one out there that can help gail.
