Should I stop sniffing airplane glue?

I have been sniffing airplane glue for a couple of months now, and I was wondering if it was bad for you. I started sniffing it because I was actually building model airplanes and enjoyed the smell. Now I just stare at the intricate little pieces, sniff the glue for hours and sometimes I wake up with propellers and fuselages glued to my face.
