ACETAMIN/ cod 300/ 30?

i got these for a concusion and some injuries what is it a strong pain killer or what is it ?

it's tylenol with codeine--- the 300 means there's 300 mg tylenol in one pill, the 30 refers to 30mg codeine in one pill. the codeine is a narcotic pain reliever (so yeah, it's strong, plus you're on a high dose). hope you feel better!
