Do changes in the weather give you headaches?

It's not the weather conditions themselves, but rather the barometric pressure. When it has a severe drop (or rise, but usually drop) your head cannot handle such an immediate change. What I recommend is calcium and magnesium to help restore the balance and retain proper neural functions. Take care ~N
Changes in the weather (at least where I come from) result in allergens going haywire. This leads me and my two kids (3 & 5) to have runny noses, watery eyes, and, after a day, severe sinus headaches and/or upper respiratory infections.
Happens every single time. I dread seeing on the Weather Channel that rain and a cold front or a warm front is coming through.
