What should i use to get rid of the scars from flea bites?

Our dog had gotten a case of the fleas.. we took care of it but i was allergic to the bites.. i scrached and now i have scars on my legs.. i just started my sophomore year and i have gym this year, where i am required to dress in shorts and im a little embarresed about my legs.. any ideas or suggestions would be great help.. thanks.

Aloe.. the plant, it worked for my daughter's legs when she got flea bites.

there is a new med in drug stores called mederma it is used to treat small scars and heals them fast
