What would happen to your eyes?

One reason we sleep is for eyes to get the oxygen they need to work properly. Is it possible for your eyes to get too much oxygen? If so, what would happen?
And what happens if they don't get enough oxygen?

Answers:
Oxygenation comes from your breathing, or the ability of your cells to exchange oxygen from bloodflow. The only way you can not get enough oxygen to your "eyes" is if an artery has been occluded (blocked). We sleep and close our eyes to keep them moist.
