go to the doctor
WOW. they have talked to a doctor right? I don't think u'll get a good answer here
That toddler has some problems. See that she gets to the Doctor ASAP. Get second opinions if need be. That stuff isn't normal.'
maybe the lung is filled with phlegm its the reason why she has stopped breathing and has to be suctioned. the heart works hand in hand with the lungs to keep a person breathing.Ask the doctor, he knows best.
High fevers for a month are worrisome. As for the seizure, children that age can get something called 'fever seizures.' It's a seizure caused by a high fever. Any kind of seizure can lead to stopped breathing. I'm glad she was taken to the hospital. Be sure to keep all follow-up appointments and take medications as prescribed. Good luck!
How high was the fever? One of the leading causes of seizures in infants is a febrile seizure. That is one caused by a high fever.

The child needs to be treated for whatever is causing the cough and the fever. Use Children's Motrin to control the fever and see a doctor for the cough.

You may find ideas here but you cannot get treatment her, get the child to a pediatrician.
It might be mileria if your near any large bodies of water or west nile virous. It could be a heart condition or a lung condition.
sounds serious. She may be dealing with a resperitory infection, a parasite, or some intense allergies. BETTER GET SOMETHING FOR HER SOON!
If all the blood work came back fine then get x-rays taken and do other tests. You don't mention if it's a high grade fever or low grade. If it's a high grade it could be causing the seizures. It could be anything from something simple like an allergy to compound problems like epilepsy and a cold at the same time. Is the baby breastfed? Breastfed babies don't get sick often, but when they do it tends to be serious and viral not bacteria. Did they do a spinal tap? I don't know if something could get into the spine and not show in the blood, but if so it might be worth checking.
I hope they find the source of the problem soon.
