Can humans have Tapetum Lucidum?
Tapetum Lucidum > Dogs have it i was wondering if maybe there was some kind of contact that would act in the same way as in reflecting light or having the light bounce back off the lens??

You mean eyeshine? It's not known to occur naturally, in fact I don't know if one case of human eyeshine has ever actually been documented. I dunno about contacts. You could ask an optometrist.
