How can i make getting out of bed in morning easier,as i find it really difficult and its ruining my life?
Answers:
Move your alarm clock to the other side of the room so you must get out of bed to turn it off...
BUT...once you're up, don't even look back at your bed.
head right for the bathroom.
Pray to the Lord for strength and I will pray for you.
Think of the beer in the refrigerator.
It depends. Are you school age? or older? Is it because you are depressed? Do you stay up too late and then have a hard time getting up on time? Just jump up and get in the shower to wake yourself.
Force yourself to go to bed earlier. If this is a mental issue, get yourself to a psychologist because you might be suffereing from depression.
If this is really ruining your life, you will have no choice but to do something very drastic to address the issue:
Try getting INTO bed earlier, so you'll get more sleep.
Go to bed early! You should be getting at least 7-9 hours of sleep a day! if you do then you should have no problem and when you can take a nap take it.
The sleeper's paradox.avoiding going to bed at all cost then hate to leave it in the morning..
If youre young 15-25, your body will ask for more sleep than the rest of us.
If you use an alarm clock, it is best to get out of bed on the first buzzer. You ll be less groggy.
Dr. Phil did a show once on a woman who would sleep 20 hour days and would constantly feel the need to sleep more. She couldn't hold down a job due to this condition and would miss out on a lot. If the practical solutions don't help you (getting to bed early, etc), then you should try looking online for audio books geared to switch your brain waves to a different level. I'm not sure of the terminology, but, the way it works is, when your brain is at the deepest sleep level, it is the most difficult to wake up because it is switched on to a very deep sleep level, so this technology, with the use of sound alters your brain waves to such a level where you won't be getting a sleep that's quite so deep, which will help you wake up in the morning. If I will find the website for this, I will edit my post and include the link. However, if you just type in "changing brain wave levels" you will find lots of information. Also, try typing in "delta" or "alpha" brain waves. Good luck.
