Help with writing a "contract" for a anti-self mutilation meeting.?
I'm writing a contract for a promise or contract to not perform self-mutilation. Much like one used in high schools against drinking and driving. Any help in writing this contract against self-mutilation is very appreciated.

I promise not to indulge in self mutilating behaviours. I know it is bad for me and I realise there are other ways to take my stress out. I will learn Boxing / kick boxing / martial arts / go jogging (strike out or insert what you want.) to relieve my stress. I realise that other people worry about me and I will make every attempt to succeed.
