1 when the body is working the brain is concentrating on the exercise
2 it releases Hormones that make u feel good
3 After the exercise u r so exhausted that u cannot think of anything else let alone tension


Meditation lays a foundation for the day. Helps with stress and with all you do..
to remain active avoid junk food, do some exercises drink lot of water. For remaining tension free think the ultimate , what will happen at the utmost,further try to live in day tight compartments i.e dont think what has happened and what will come tomorrow just think of today only more over believe in GOD almighty, i am sure you will free of tension.
Meditation is the greatest stress buster.It's my practical experience.Just see picture of ur parents in closed eyes or preferably GOD if u r religious minded.No worries would trouble you . Its my guarantee !
