it says one to two tablets. depending how severe it is. yes usually one does the trick, but sometimes not even two do the trck.
depends on what im taking it for. I usually take at least 3, same with tylenol, advil etc.. that way i know it will help.

I take only one but I take Mapa or Tylenol which is 2 pills a day. if I am super sick, i would take 2 pills which is rare occassions.
If I must take aspirin (I don't because of the pain medicine I'm on) and it says to take 2 I only take one because if I take 2 it's too strong for me.
I did the same thing when I one time had to take a regular Tylenol because I knew that taking two would be too strong for me.
