The record for holding urine is 27 hours by a man in Scotland. He accomplished this by limiting the amount that he drank but even with a decreased amount, he still ended up urinating when he fell asleep.

1 time, I held it through an entire hockey game! It was about 2 half hours!
this varies per person..no two people are alike so what works for one doesn't work for another
i can hold it for about 1 hr 4 hrs the most.
