I've been feeling nausious...?

...for about three days and I know I will probably feel a little better if I actually throw up, but am unsure of how to cause myself to do this. I swear I haven't got an eating disorder, I'm just not feeling well.

Answers:
It's possible to have a stomach virus and never throw up. Don't feel like you have to throw up just to feel better. Forcing yourself to is bad for you.

You should go see a doctor. Do you have a fever? Sometimes that makes you feel nauseous. Any chance you could be pregnant?

At any rate, 3 days is long enough to suffer. See if you can go to a walk-in clinic. You might have food poisoning or whatever germ is going around the neighborhood. If you need antibiotics, it's best to get on those right away.

In the mean time, try eating something light like crackers, toast, or rice. Ginger Ale always helps me. Feel better soon!
maybe you ate some bad food. OR
maybe you ate too much OR
if you are having sex, maybe you're pregnant.
You may have a stomach bug or food poisoning. Relax and throw up because you will feel better after.
Induced vomiting is really not your best choice. If you feel like it's an acid problem, try some alka seltzer. If your a little loose in the caboose, Pepto Bismal. If you think there is any possibility, do a pregnancy test. It may be viral, in which case you will have to put up with feeling crummy for a few days, and once again, alka seltzer helps me. To induce vomiting in case of poisoning, syrup of ipacac, available at your local pharmacy. Hope you feel better soon.
It could be a psychological thing. I used to get anxiety a lot, which made me nauseous and even made me throw up, but I still felt just as sick.

Has anything been happening around you that could be affecting it?
Try eating soda crackers and drinking ginger ale it helps calm the tummy.

I hope you feel better:)
