Nothing. You have to be patient because you won't be done growing until you are 21-22. There are no supplements, vitamins, herbs, minerals, drugs, exercises, stretches, sports, food, drinks..nothing is going to make you grow. Your height was already determined before you were even born. Nothing you can do to change it.
I'm assuming by your name that you're male... don't worry too much right now. Males can continue growing taller into their early twenties. If my assumption is wrong and you're female... don't count on growing too much more. Females generally grow taller until around 16 (an average only).
Don't worry about it, I know some kids that have parents that are your parents height and they are way taller then their parents. It's all because of genetics it appears to me that your mom and dad both have a heterozygous mix of the traits and you are probably heterozygous as well, but you may be homozygous tall or homozygous short, but judging by how tall you are now, you still have a ways to go, most guys don't hit their growth spurt until they turn 15, and they don't stop growing until they are about 21 -23. So don't worry about it you still have time. That is in the case that you are a male, if you are female, you are probably only going to get a little bit taller if you grow at all. Trust me I have struggled with that as well. Man, oh man, what I wouldn't give to be a few inches taller.
if your a guy then ur probably not done growing...
You have not finished growing yet?, i was about that height at your age and i finished being 6'2, my son was also that height and he's 6'3 and still growing and he's just turned 20.
So plenty of time for you yet !.
Drink plenty of milk, eat right, exercise, get the proper sleep, don't smoke. There is something called human growth hormon that is being used in the U.S. for kids to help growth, but that's only in special cases. This drug is more often misused by adults.
The trend in the last several hundred years has been for people to be getting taller. I'm sure by the time you're 17, you'll be bigger, taller and broader at the shoulders. It's just a matter of growing up.
Women tend to be 6" shorter than men. This means that, if you are male, you'll likely end up the average of your Dad's height, and that of your Mum plus 6". Therefore you'll probably be about a half inch taller than your Dad.
Make sure you eat a balanced diet, and hope for the best. Perhaps some kind of exercise would help, but i'm no expert.
If you are a boy--- you're just starting your growth spurt just about now (you grow fastest between 14-15)--- no need to worry, you have 6 more years of growing left. If you are a girl, you have started your growth spurt already, but still have about 4 years of growing left.
Is that when you take off those 5in cuban heels?
you must hang up your body in the tree every 6 hour..
Take a look at your grandparents heights. And see which one you most resemble. My parents are about the same height as yours, but I'm 6', and I most resemble my grampy who was 6'2", so height can skip a generation.
Anyway, don't be worrying about your height, you've got another 5 or 6 years of growing to do yet!
Just a thought, but when I was your age, I ate a lot of cereal, like 5 or 6 bowls a day, so was having a lot of milk (calcium). And calcium is necessary for bone growth, so perhaps that had something to do with my height. I also ate a lot of Bovril (beef extract) on toast, don't know how this could have done anything to add to my height, but these were the main foods I ate during my teenage years.
Hope this helps you.
ok listen carefully make sure you have friend to help go in the bathroom and grab a hold of the shower curtain rod and slowly put your legs to your chest and hang for a whole day (taking water breaks!) repeat the process every other day
believe me this works i am living proof my mother is 5 foot tall and my father is 5'2 and i am 6'3 it works
You still have some growth potential at 14 years, but the is nothing you can do do change your pre-programmed genetic height. Poor diet and disease may reduce a persons height from its maximum potential, but there is nothing that can increase it.
dont worry lad i was the same high at ur age and am 18 at 6"2 dont worry ya got loads of time to grow
eat plenty of food/water with lots of sleep, too many people are not considering enviromental factors an inabilty to gain enought nuturients will stunt growth
As you are still in the early stages of puberty you have not stopped growing yet. There are no specific foods to eat to make you grow.
Stop worrying and enjoy the best part of your life
