its safe to say at LEAST two weeks. drink LOTS of water and Powerade. The niacin in the powerade helps. you can buy niacin pills but they will **** you up seriously (excessive sweating, etc.) you shouldnt do it anyway. it makes you stupid as hell.

Depends on how heavy of a smoker you was and how much you smoked that day and it also depends on how much fat ratio your body has cause THC stores itself in fat cells. If you never smoked before and just took like 5 or 6 hits it may be gone in 10 days if you drink like a gallon of water a day. No ,because it has a half life. If you smoke everyday it will stay in your system for a long time. I knew someone who had a THC level of 850. It took 3 months to get clean.
pot can stay in your blood/ pee , for 3 months but it can still be detected in your hair for 6 months or more ,,,,depending how much you do and if its skunk at least 8 months if ya a heavy toker .
