When you run do you ever get a light headed feeling?

If I run really fast for a long time I sometimes get a little light headed but if feels kinda of good. Do you ever get this?

its kinda like being high because u are gettin a lack of oxygen to ur brain.
What's your diet like? Are you eating enough to fuel your body for your runs? What's your fitness level like?

It sounds like you are pushing yourself too hard. You should stop exercising if you start to feel light headed, dizzy etc. It's not a good thing.
