24 hour flu?
Answers:
Yes you're probably pulling out of it. Keep taking cold medication and keep putting nutrients into your body. Drink lost of liquid, but orange juice and other nutrient-packed drinks. You need to drink some water, but drinking too much will flush electrolytes from your body and make your immune system weaker. Rest is good, but if you can't sleep, slow down as much as you can and try not to rush around. Don't adjust the heat to the extremes. Keep it around what you usually do, probably between 68 and 75 degrees. IF you're really cold, put on a sweatshirt or grab a blanket. It's best to keep the temperature somewhat consistant.
treat the fever and aches with tylenol or advil, drink lots of fluids, and rest.
Sure sounds like it. Get lots of rest and be sure to drink lots of liquids. As your fever is burning your water away.
You'll feel better in a few days. I say days cause the 24 hour flu always last a week for me. But that is just me.
Since you have a baby in the house you should be seen by your doctor so you aren't passing something on to the baby.
You'll get through it! I had pnemonia with a 6 year old, a teething one year old and I was 2 months pregnant (single mom). Pray that your baby will sleep!! :)
