Whats the difference?
Hey, I was just wondering what the difference is between Anxiety and Depression, i hear people talking about these things but i dont know what the difference is. THANKS.
Answers:
Depression is feeling sad and down. Anxiety is feeling nervous and stressed to the extreme.
Depression causes symptoms and one of them is anxiety.
I have been depressed a lot and always end up with the severe anxiety.
It can work both ways - anxiety can cause depression and depression can cause anxiety.
depression is basically when someone is sad , hum drum feeling, anxiety is basically nervous , worried ,kinda like that but on bigger scales
I HAVE BIPOLAR DISORDER.EVERYONE IS BIPOLAR.BUT WHEN YOU HAVE BIPOLAR DISORDER,YOUR MOODS ARE EXTREME,NOT LIKE NORMAL PEOPLE.DEPRESSION IS FEELING SAD,GLOOMY,TIRED,WITHDRAWN,ETC. ANXIETY IS WHEN YOU FEEL AGITATED,EXCITED,MIND RACING,ETC. SOME FORMS OF ANXIETY CAN BE OVERWHELMING AND CAUSE PANIC ATTACKS OR RACING HEARTBEAT AND NERVOUSNESS THAT YOU FEEL LIKE YOU JUST CAN'T SLOW DOWN.ANXIETY CAN LEAD TO DEPRESSION, AND BEING DEPRESSED A LOT CAN LEAD TO PROBLEMS THAT LEAD TO HAVING ANXIETY.
